Upon completing her secondary education, Rike Aps underwent vocational training with us and qualified in 2024. Since then, she has been working in our team as a notary assistant.

Melanie Eisermann completed her vocational training at Morrison & Foerster LLP and has been part of our team since 2022.

Upon completing his secondary education, Daniel Ganeman underwent vocational training with us and qualified in 2024. Since then, he has been working in our team as a notary assistant.

After completing his secondary education, Fabian Garbas initially trained as a state-certified foreign language correspondent. In 2023 he commenced vocational training as a notary assistant with us.

Carlos Katins studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin and Columbia University in New York City (LL.M.). He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Higher Regional Court with stages in London and São Paulo. He gained over ten years of professional experience as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he advised German and international enterprises and private equity funds on M&A, venture capital and real estate transactions. He has been a notary since 2015.

Upon completing her secondary education, Victoria Krüger underwent vocational training with us and qualified in 2019. Since then, she has been working in our team as a notary assistant.

Monika Paulus studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Brandenburg. She has been a lawyer since 2018. Since 2024 she is part of our team.

After completing her secondary education, Saskia Pieterek was recruited by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and trained to work as a notary assistant. From 2008 she was employed in the notary’s office of an international legal practice. Saskia joined our team in 2018.

After qualifying as a banking professional, Konstantin v. Richthofen studied law at Passau University and Humboldt University in Berlin. From 2014 he was employed by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Berlin, initially as a trainee and, after qualifying, as a lawyer in the field of corporate law/M&A. He has been a notary since 2022.

Oliver Rohmann is a trained typesetter. He has many years of experience in the field of digital services, including as Senior Legal Tech Specialist at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. At 3n.berlin, he has been responsible for the digitalization of our processes since 2022.

Jana Stolz completed her vocational training at Morrison & Foerster LLP and has been part of our team since 2019.

David Topp studied law at the University of Münster. After his first state examination, he was a research assistant at a corporate law institute in Münster and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Berlin. He joined our team in 2020.

Laura Torrico trained as a hotel manager in the InterContinental Hotel Berlin before working in the Hotel Adlon. Most recently, she was Maître d´hôtel at Hugos restaurant. She has been managing our office since 2022.

After completing his secondary education, Richard Virbom commenced vocational training as a notary assistant with us in 2023.

David Wien is a trained restaurant specialist. Most recently, he was Event Service Manager at the InterContinental Hotel Berlin. He has been looking after the well-being of our guests since 2024.

After completing her secondary education, Nele Wittwer commenced vocational training as a notary assistant with us in 2024.
